I have been a present wrapping fiend this week. Instead of buying rolls and rolls of glittery metallic holiday wrapping paper I bought a huge roll of brown kraft paper. It will last forever and I can use it for any occasion!
One day I will buy tons of crazy cool gift wrapping accessories like these. I will wrap each gift so beautifully that my friends and family will feel guilty unwrapping them. One day…

3 Spools of Trimmings
4 Striped Masking Tape
5 Pompom Tutorial by Bugs and Fishes

Hello!
I actually think that kraft paper will be nice for wrapping gifts. I”m half-way done wrapping Christmas presents with the usual gift wrappers, but I’m thinking of wrapping the rest of the gifts (for the people closest to me) with plain colored paper with my scribbles and sketches on it. That kraft paper roll will be perfect for what I’m thinking of!
But, it would be great to use those nice gift wrapping accessories too!
P.S.
I enjoyed reading your other posts too, and I hope it’s okay for me to add you on my blog roll. Thanks!
I love the scribble and sketch idea Yoj! I will have to try that on a few gifts. Of course you can add me to your blog roll. Thanks! : )
My Mom and I did that for a baby shower a couple years ago. And she had me draw all over it and we used colored pencils/markers/glitter/googly eyes… it was crazy. Haha, but it stood out and it was so unique. She kept the gift wrap in the baby book.
brown craft paper is great for wrapping presents! So much more elegant than what I usually do- cut up a brown paper bag- but still totally practical.
I love those spools of trimmings.
