Bathroom Plan

Now that the laundry room is done, I’m moving on to the basement bathroom. It is horrendous! Brass water stained faucet, purple and white linoleum, yucky light fixture, 40 year old crusty shower door, lots of unnecessary storage cabinets left by the previous owners… In the year and a half we’ve lived here I haven’t used this bathroom once. I avoid it like a gas station bathroom, but not for long!

I like how the yelIlow brightened up the laundry room, so I’m going to go with shades of yellow in the bathroom as well. I might take a whack at stenciling, and I’m definitely going to lay peel and stick tile right over the existing linoleum.
