This is the perfect summer cake. It’s zippy, delicious and it’s probably healthy since it doesn’t have icing. Right? (Cute beater-licking puppies are not required for preparing this cake, but they are recommended.)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together the cake mix and pudding, and then blend in the oil and water. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake for 40–45 minutes. Combine the thawed lemonade concentrate and the powdered sugar. When the cake is done prick it all over with a fork and pour the mixture over the hot cake. Don’t worry about the huge puddle on top—it will soak into the cake. Put the cake back in oven for about 10 minutes or until it is a little bubbly around the edges. Let the cake cool and serve it from the pan.
