This morning I came across the photography of Irina Werning, and I had to share this amazing project with you. Irina had her subjects reenact old photographs of themselves, and she precisely recreated the images. Check out the complete project right here.
It’s so interesting to see how people age, but it’s also a little unnerving! What photograph would you want to recreate? Irina will be in New York and Boston in May and in Europe in June photographing new subjects for “Back to the Future II.” Email her if you want to participate.

I’d want to recreate an old photo of me as a kid holding a baby duck on Easter. Mostly because I want to play with a duckling again! :)
These are hysterical! One of my best friends and her siblings had photos like this taken for a Christmas gift to their grandparents.
