Chickpeas, Celery & Avocado with Dill Oil

Adrienne of Adrienneats shared a recipe last week that calls for fresh dill and parsley. I have both of those growing in my herb garden, so naturally I had to give it a try. It is so crisp and refreshing—the perfect lunch on a warm sunny day. Here’s the recipe!
