Gouache Practice #3

Yesterday I scheduled an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed. It’s not for a few weeks, but I’m already feeling a little anxious. There’s nothing like a quiet afternoon of painting to help calm the butterflies in my stomach.

The more I play around with gouache, the more I like it!

good verse considering your anxiety ;) there’s nothing to worry about, you’ll be fine! :) If you need anything I’m only 2 min away when I’m not at work :)

Daniel’s taking the week off to baby me, and I’ve already called dibs on the xbox. ;)

I’ve never used Gouache but It seems like a nice mix between the transparency of water colors and the depths of acrylic. It looks good! I’ll have to try this medium out.

Gouache looks like so much fun to use! I absolutely love your practice paintings so far and I’m excited to see it in your shop.

Such a wonderful verse too, that’s something I needed a reminder of tonight.

What a wonderful little reminder! Love the painting. I had my wisdom teeth out a few years ago and it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Plus you get to sleep in bed all day! Good luck!
