I’m going to a friend’s thirtieth birthday celebration tomorrow, so I figured my weekly gouache practice was the perfect time to refine this 30th birthday card idea that has been trapped in my head. It’s my first official gouache design, and it is available in the shop. A lot of my friends have been turning 30 lately, and I have to give them a hard time for being old before it happens to me too!

Thirty isn’t so bad, I have found I know myself better than I ever did and that is a pretty great thing.
