I made raspberry ice cream. I used a basic vanilla recipe and threw in a few cups of blended raspberries. It tastes delicious, but unfortunately after sitting in the freezer overnight it’s rock hard! My parents got me a Cuisinart ice cream maker for Christmas, and it is amazing. It’s easy to use and makes ice cream, frozen yogurt or sorbet in 30 minutes.
