The trees around here have been positively bursting with fall color over the past few weeks. I’d say they were just as lovely as last year’s leaves. The other night we had a fierce thunderstorm, and many of the leaves that had just started sprouting on the trees were ripped from their branches and strewn all over the ground. Aren’t they adorable? Aren’t you dying to pinch their little leafy cheeks?
