Strawberry Picking

Daniel and I went strawberry picking last weekend. The weather was glorious, and there were so many perfectly ripe berries that I felt guilty only filling one bucket and leaving the rest behind. Strawberries are God’s solution to my insatiable sweet tooth, and Daniel nearly had to drag me out of the field because I kept seeing “one more good one” I needed to pick.

I can’t get over the fact that delicious food grows right out of the dirt ready for us to eat. It’s magical if you take a moment to really think about it.

Next week I’ll show you what I made with these ruby red beauties!

You look like a beautiful strawberry with your new locks! Hoping to do some strawberry picking of my own in the next few weeks – now I’m anxious to see what you’re going to make!

    Lovely photos as always =)

Awww I love this! Strawberry picking is one of my favorite things to do with my family. I can’t wait to see all the wonderful things you make with them. P.S. Your red hair is amazing, you look so lovely! ^_^

I love your comments more than I love chocolate (almost).
